Experience: Minimum five (5) years of relevant work experience in New Home Construction is highly desired.

- Update and maintain marketing materials, including the website and brochure inserts.
- Conduct monthly community visits to evaluate signage and support the sales team.
- Lead monthly community calls with marketing updates and campaign schedules.
- Manage website updates with an outside agency to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with social media partner Chatterbuzz for monthly content approval.
- Provide assets for social media posts on various platforms.
- Manage YouTube channels for MintoUSA and Latitude Margaritaville.
- Create on-site media content and work with videographers for community events.
- Track and reconcile marketing invoices against the budget.
- Assist in coordinating community and offsite events, including sponsorships.
- Create and ensure accuracy of marketing and advertising materials.
- Coordinate the ordering of marketing collateral and promotional items.
- Implement marketing strategies for company-wide projects.
- Organize marketing materials in storage facilities and maintain inventory.
- Support sales team with marketing collateral and updates interactive systems.
Education: College Degree in Marketing or Related Field
Experience: Minimum five (5) years of relevant work experience in New Home Construction is highly desired.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint,, Google Workspace, Adobe, Photoshop and Canava
- Experience working in both a CMS and CRM platform
- Multitasking and projects
