In collaboration with Amplify Account Executives and Sales Management, the Senior Manager of Literacy Partnerships works with current users of Amplify literacy products to support sustained fidelity of implementation, partnership with Amplify, and positive student outcomes. The Senior Manager of Literacy Partnerships will leverage their experiences in successfully implementing Amplify literacy programs to develop and execute strategic plans with partner schools. This position will support targeted Amplify Literacy users (Amplify CKLA, Amplify ELA, mCLASS, and Boost Reading) to ensure consistent and effective implementation.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of contract-based Literacy Specialists to extend Amplify literacy partnerships and support retention efforts
  • Uncover challenges and pitfalls of Amplify Literacy program retention
  • Provide targeted solutions and strategies for Amplify Literacy program teacher and administrative turnover
  • Work closely with our program teams on project planning and execution
  • Strategically schedule literacy specialists to provide training and ongoing support
  • Develop and deliver targeted training and development based on specific needs
  • Conduct roadmap development for administrator and teacher support
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our school partners and external organizations
  • Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines are met
  • Change management guidance and support
  • Strategically deploy and implement program enhancements

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in Education
  • 3+ years of experience as a building or district-level administrator
  • 3+ years’ experience implementing Amplify literacy programs in an administrative role
  • Experience collaborating with a network of literacy educators
  • Ability to work and travel 50% of the time across the United States
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree
  • 3+ years’ experience as a classroom teacher implementing Science of Reading-based instructional methodology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Regional/National conference workshop leader

What We Offer

Salary is only one component of the Amplify Total Rewards package, which includes a 401(k) plan, competitive health insurance and mental health options, basic life insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and access to best-in-class development programs. The gross annualized salary range for this role is $115,000 - $125,000. This role is eligible for commissions based pay.
