Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Vice President of Enterprise Channels to lead our Enterprise Portfolio across diverse verticals. This leadership role will drive with client. strategic efforts to expand and strengthen our enterprise offerings, reporting directly to the CEO/CTO. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Tier-1 Telecom Operators, OEMs, and a strong background in one or more enterprise domains such as Utilities, SLED, Oil & Gas, Ports, Logistic Hubs, Manufacturing, Warehousing and Digital Ag.
The VP of Enterprise Channels will play a critical role in building and expanding client presence within these sectors, focusing on delivering robust data and voice solutions through 4G/5G, WiFi, DAS, Neutral Host, Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud Migrations, Edge Computing, AI/ML, and Mobile Private Networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the enterprise channel strategy, aligning it with client’ growth objectives. Drive business development and go-to-market strategies for the enterprise segment.
- Vertical Expertise: Leverage industry-specific knowledge to understand the connectivity needs of verticals such as Utilities, SLED, Oil & Gas, Ports, Logistic Hubs, Manufacturing, Warehousing and Digital Ag, providing tailored solutions.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with Tier-1 Telecom Operators, OEMs, and other key stakeholders to enhance client’ network and drive partnerships.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the development and deployment of client’ enterprise solutions, including WiFi, DAS, Neutral Host solutions, Cloud Migrations, Edge Computing, AI/ML, and 4G/5G Private Networks, to support customer needs.
- Market Analysis and Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends, technology advancements, and competitor activities. Identify growth opportunities and recommend innovative solutions to maintain a competitive edge.
- Sales Enablement and Revenue Growth: Work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth. Develop channel-specific sales enablement tools and resources to support market penetration.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure alignment on product offerings, deployment, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.
- 15+ years of experience in the telecom or connectivity industry, specifically with Tier-1 Telecom Operators and OEMs.
- Proven track record of leading enterprise channels and working within enterprise domains, including Utilities, SLED, Oil & Gas, Ports, Logistic Hubs, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Digital Ag.
- Deep knowledge of 4G, 5G, Mobile Private Networks, as well as data and voice solutions.
- Experience with connectivity solutions like WiFi, DAS, Neutral Host, Cloud Migrations, Edge Computing, and AI/ML.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in driving cross-functional teams and achieving business growth in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
