  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Evolve Partners has been retained by an under the radar, disruptive data center company in the United States. This company is about to go out for their Series A raise and expects significant growth in the next 12-18 months. The ideal candidate will have experience with fundraising, scaling to $100-300M revenue and also building from the ground up in a start up environment. This person will be responsible for financial strategy, financial planning and analysis, oversight of the Controller, financial reports, establishing joint ventures and project finance. They will collaborate with the co-founders and the executive team to make decisions regarding company's financial strategy and operations.

Responsibilities

  • Create and present financial and business strategy recommendations to co-founders and senior executives
  • Lead the financial planning and analysis efforts
  • Oversee cash flow, cash management, working capital
  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Ensure legal compliance on all financial functions
  • Manage relationships with banks and investors

Qualifications

  • Data center or network hardware experience required
  • Start up experience
  • Series A-C experience preferred (experience scaling or operating in a large business as well preferred)
  • Project financing experience
  • 12+ years of experience preferred, with prior finance leadership experience as VP Finance or CFO
  • Desire to get into the weeds, as well as be a strategic finance partner to c-suite

This position is 100% remote, however must be located in the U.S.

Compensation: Depends on experience: Range anywhere $225,000 - $300,000 base salary plus bonus and equity
