Job Title: SAP GTS Implementation Lead
Location: Apex, NC (Hybrid, with International Travel)
Duration: 6-12 months
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP GTS Implementation Lead to oversee the full lifecycle implementation of SAP GTS modules. This role will require hands-on configuration expertise, strong project management skills, and the ability to work with geographically distributed teams. Ideal candidates will bring specific experience in global trade and customs processes within SAP, and a background in the chemicals industry is a plus. This position involves international travel to collaborate with teams in Germany, Italy, and the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP GTS implementations, managing all phases of the project, from planning to execution and support.
- Oversee GTS-relevant organizational structure and master data, sanctioned party list, embargo controls, export control lists, customs classifications, license management, customs communication, broker integration, and Intrastat processing.
- Collaborate with distributed teams across various time zones, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Resolve system defects, perform configurations, and address technical issues as they arise.
- Manage customer expectations, ensuring that project deliverables align with business requirements and timeline expectations.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of SAP GTS experience, with multiple full-cycle implementations; ideally, 1-2 cycles as an OTC lead.
- Core Skills:
- Strong project management abilities, including time management, data analysis, and multi-tasking.
- Proven experience in configuration and troubleshooting within SAP GTS.

Travel Requirements:
