HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive technology architecture and roadmap, covering B2B APIs, CRM platforms, cloud hosting, data warehousing, and A/B testing for both B2C and B2B2C clients.
  • Design and implement a scalable, resilient, and modular architecture for the organizations platforms, enhancing flexibility and supporting business growth.
  • Spearhead the transformation of the organization's CRM systems to enable scalability and efficiency, creating modular solutions for fast-paced deployments.
  • Oversee the development of a high-performance, mobile-first website that is optimized for SEO and supports agile A/B testing.
  • Architect a robust data warehouse strategy to streamline business insights and support decision-making.
  • Develop API strategies to streamline lead acquisition and client invoice processing.
  • Build architecture for new assessment and data entry tools for field professionals, ensuring optimal functionality and usability.
  • Create a strategic plan for upskilling and evaluating technical talent, aligning team capabilities with organizational needs.
  • Establish a DevSecOps roadmap for enhanced security, scalability, and deployment efficiency.

ARE YOU A LEAD TECHNOLOGY ARCHITECT ROCK STAR?

  • Experience: 10-15 years as a hands-on technology architect with 8-10 years in web, mobile, and API platforms, as well as data warehousing. Experience in the senior care industry is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in full-stack development (Node.js, MongoDB, GraphQL, React, JavaScript, SQL) and expertise in Tech SEO for high-performing websites. Familiarity with customer data platforms, analytics tools, and A/B testing frameworks.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Experience in CRM systems, customer data platforms, and a strong background in performance optimization, particularly in Core Web Vitals.
  • Problem-Solving & Strategy: Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in organizational evaluation, talent upskilling, and web redesigns.
  • Collaboration & Initiative: Proven team player with excellent collaboration skills and a results-driven mindset, eager to innovate and optimize processes.
