Corporate Development and Strategy Senior Analyst

We are currently partnered with a publicly traded global leading tech-enabled services organization in Miami, FL aiming to hire a Corporate Development and Strategy Senior Analyst. This role will have the ability to hit the ground running with a highly acquisitive organization aiming to close large global M&A transactions improving the overall company portfolio. The Corporate Development and Strategy Senior Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Reporting directly to the Director of Strategy and M&A.
  • Conduct financial analysis, modeling, and valuations for potential acquisition targets internationally, partnerships, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Financial analysis for acquisition targets and in-depth due diligence at a global capacity.
  • Manage full life cycle merger and acquisition processes.
  • Work on special projects as needed.

The Corporate Development and Strategy Senior Analyst will have the following qualifications:

  • 0-3 year of experience within Investment Banking, Corporate Development, or Transaction Advisory capacity.
  • No specific industry or coverage group experience required.
  • Experience building financial models, three-statement models, cash flow models, and more.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and professionalism.
  • Bachelors degree in finance, economics, business, or related field.
