Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Alex Hartman - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Producer who can assist prospects and customers in identifying their coverage needs in order to develop and grow long-lasting customer relationships. As our Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and share needs-based solutions that maximize value.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify customer needs, and share appropriate products and services
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing and growth goals.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Work alongside your agencys team to develop and build successful, long-lasting customer relations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting goals preferred
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
• Property & Casualty insurance license
• Prior State Farm experience preferred
