The Team
The Executive Client Relations team is a tight-knit group that works closely across multiple Business Units to create Executive correspondence, messaging, client facing content, and briefing materials to strengthen and maintain Nasdaq’s existing partnerships, as well as to foster new relationships with prospective clients and partners.
As the Executive Client Relations Assistant, you will be responsible for drafting and tracking the CEO’s & President’s interactions and communications with clients, prospects, investors, sponsors, and influencers. You will also assist in creating briefing/prep and talking points documents ahead of Executive calls, meetings, speaking engagements, events, and conferences.
The position requires strong writing, administrative, and organizational skills. It also demands a strict sense of discretion in handling highly confidential information.
The Executive Client Relations Assistant reports directly to the Director, Executive Client Relations & Communications and will support a wide range of activities designed to enrich our Executives’ – and the broader Capital Access Platforms Group’s - client relationships.

The base pay range for this role is $59,400 - $99,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Essential Job Functions:
- Assist the Director in executing on incoming requests for executive outreach from the Capital Access Platforms team, as well as specific requests directly from the CEO, President, and other senior management.
- Coordinate across multiple business units to create, compile, and syndicate briefing materials for industry conferences, bell ceremonies, client/partner meetings, and internal and external events.
- Proofread/edit/send emails, speeches, invitations, and other materials, demonstrating a good understanding of written language.
- Log executive correspondence, meetings/calls, interactions, and various engagement activities in Salesforce; run reports where needed.
- Provide administrative support by preparing mass mailings, managing briefing materials in SharePoint, and gathering correspondence details from the broader team.
- Assist with other special projects as necessary.
- 2+ years of relevant experience working in a corporate environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong multi-tasking capabilities: able to prioritize as multiple projects arise.
- Extremely organized, detail oriented, and discreet (will be privy to confidential information).
- Comfortable dealing with high level executives on a frequent basis.
- Bachelor's degree required.
