This engagement is an exciting opportunity for someone with an industrial engineering or analytical background in process improvement. Join us to make a measurable impact on front-line processes!
PROCESS: We focus exclusively on technology-neutral process improvements as the first and most pragmatic ROI-based step toward major change. We've researched - with client executives, combined with the lessons and best practices from the three major eras of process improvement: Re-engineering, ERP/Year 2k and Lean Six Sigma - and designed our methodology to build on those experiences while avoiding the pitfalls.
RESEARCH: Over the past 25 years, we've created the world's largest database of leading process templates, benchmarks, metrics and improvement opportunities across all industries, for both line and shared service functions. Our knowledge-base allows your internal teams to start with "the answer in sight" on virtually every process improvement project. We will typically reduce your team's process analysis and design cycle by 75%.
OPTIMIZATION: The ability to simulate and optimize processes allows for a PRO guarantee that project benefits cover our fees on every phase of every project, often many times over. All of our workflows are built in the new open-standard Business Process Modeling and Notation (BPMN 2.0) modeling language. An optional deliverable of every PRO project is the creation of a Jones Financial Companies Business Process Repository for ongoing Lean 6 Sigma continuous improvement and Technology Road-mapping.
