Reporting Analyst for Medicare Business Performance - Business Process Management
Top 3 required skills/experience:
Proven ability to translate stakeholder requirements into reporting deliverables while independently working with internal partners.
Proven ability to understand and utilize reporting system capabilities into educating and proposing innovative analytics to divisional leadership.
Identify, document and communicate system and process changes necessary to improve system and operational performance measures and reporting.
Required skills/experience:
Five (5) years of relevant technical or business work experience required.
Must have the aptitude and desire to learn new competencies and skills.
Creative, responsive and adaptive in a dynamic environment.
Working knowledge of analysis and reporting tools.
Ability to frequently communicate orally, write, read, comprehend, reason, and perform basic mathematic calculations and analyze.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Preferred skills/experience:
Proficiency in Microsoft Access
Working knowledge of Smartsheet application
Customer service background preferred
Education/Certifications
Bachelor s degree in related field required
