Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience:
- Proven experience with ITSM, ITOM, or other ServiceNow modules.
- Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required.
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, ITOM, or other ServiceNow modules is preferred.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations.
- Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow APIs.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, security models, and best practices for configuration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Development: Experience with scoped applications, custom app development, and ServiceNow-specific technologies such as Glide and Jelly scripting.
- Agile Methodology: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
- Data Management: Knowledge of CMDB, Asset Management, and Configuration Management within ServiceNow.
- Reporting & Analytics: Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, dashboard creation, and custom report generation.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
