  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

One of our client is looking for a Director of Analytics.

Schedule: Hybrid

Position Summary:
* The Director of Analytics will lead the data analytics team, aligning analytics and business intelligence strategies to meet the organization s vision and goals.
* Reporting to the VP of Technology and Innovation, this role involves developing and enhancing analytics tools and fostering data-driven decision-making across the company.

Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a subject matter expert on analytical methods and strategy.
* Lead and mentor the analytics team, supporting skill development and team growth.
* Promote data-driven decisions in consumer analytics, marketing, and investments.
* Define and measure business KPIs and build data stories for stakeholders.
* Collaborate with leadership to ensure high-quality project outcomes.
* Assess growth opportunities and manage analytics for optimized business performance.
* Stay updated on industry trends to enhance departmental effectiveness.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor s degree in relevant field; Master s degree preferred.
* 10+ years in data analytics or warehousing, with 5+ years in a Director role.
* Experience building cross-functional analytics teams and managing projects.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
* Proficiency in tools like SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Python, and others.
* Skilled in data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Teradata) and A/B testing.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
