About the Role:
The Logistics & Purchasing Agent reports to the Buyer & Logistics Supervisor and is responsible for supporting procurement and logistics as needed. Assisting in researching goods and services, processing purchase orders, and verifying delivered items for the procurement department. Assisting in shipping & receiving and warehouse inventory as needed in logistics.

About the Role:
The Logistics & Purchasing Agent reports to the Buyer & Logistics Supervisor and is responsible for supporting procurement and logistics as needed. Assisting in researching goods and services, processing purchase orders, and verifying delivered items for the procurement department. Assisting in shipping & receiving and warehouse inventory as needed in logistics.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in researching and comparing suppliers, goods, and services
- Monitoring inventory levels and determining purchase needs
- Assist with following up on cost proposals and contracts
- Preparing and processing purchase orders
- Maintaining records of all transactions, purchase orders, receipts, and payments
- Scheduling and verifying purchase deliveries
- Building and maintaining positive, long-term supplier relations
- Assemble orders and prepare goods for shipments.
- Assist with receiving materials and supplies; and stocking those received goods.
- Pull parts for orders, package & ship
- Assist with inventory control processes
- Assist with inventory audits
- High school diploma or GED required
- Degree in business administration, procurement, or a related field preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Previous experience in procurement and logistics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Proficiency in inventory management software programs
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task when needed.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Working daily onsite at Muller Technology CO, Inc. with expectation of no less than 40 hours worked weekly
