Job Title: Informatica Lead

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Informatica Lead with expertise in Informatica CDQ (Cloud Data Quality) and CD(Cloud Data Governance and Catalog). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data quality, data governance, and data management best practices, and will be responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of Informatica solutions for our data governance and quality initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Development and Implementation: Design, develop, and implement data governance and data quality solutions using Informatica CDQ and CD ensuring alignment with data management standards and best practices.
• Data Quality Management: Develop and enforce data quality processes, policies, and standards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across enterprise systems.
• Metadata Management: Leverage CDto enhance metadata management practices, supporting efficient data cataloging, discovery, and lineage tracking.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with data architects, business analysts, and data stewards to gather requirements, design solutions, and drive data quality and governance projects.
• Issue Resolution: Monitor, track, and resolve data quality issues by implementing robust data quality rules, policies, and exceptions management.
• Documentation and Training: Maintain comprehensive documentation of data quality and governance processes and provide training to other teams on CDQ/CDfunctionalities.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 8+ years of experience in data management, with strong expertise in Informatica CDQ and CDGC.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Informatica tools, SQL, data profiling, and data cleansing methodologies.
• Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data profiling, data cataloging, and governance solutions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.
• Certifications: Preferred certifications in Informatica CDQ/CDor data governance practices.
