ABGI USA is hiring! The Talent Solutions service line of ABGI USA is adding an experienced Contract Senior Recruiter to join our team. This role is designed for a strategic, client-focused recruiter with a specialization in accounting, finance, and tax roles as their primary function. As a Senior Recruiter, you will leverage your expertise to identify, engage, and manage top talent for both internal and external clients while also playing a pivotal role in new client outreach and account management. This role will report to the Talent Solutions Practice Leader and will require a hybrid work arrangement in our Houston headquarters.
Responsibilities (A Day in the Life)
- Full-cycle recruiting with an immediate focus on accounting, finance, and tax positions across a diverse client base, with the ability to work on executive and retained searches for CPA firms and their clients.
- Proactively source and attract high-caliber candidates through various channels, including job boards, networking, and social media and building a true talent community.
- Manage candidate screening, interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, culture, and role requirements.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to provide updates on recruitment progress and market insights as well as further expand the service offering.
- Deliver a high level of account management, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any recruitment-related issues.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand ABGI USA Talent Solutions’ client portfolio for executive, retained, and RPO services.
- Cultivate and nurture client relationships to build long-term partnerships and increase revenue potential.
- Present ABGI's Talent Solutions services and offerings to potential clients in a consultative and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of recruiting experience with a preferred background in accounting, finance, and tax roles.
- Proven track record in both agency and corporate/in-house recruiting environments.
- Strong understanding of the accounting, finance, and tax industries and associated roles. Open to learning adjacent industries.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Sales Navigator, HireEz, candidate driven chrome extensions, working with a dynamic ATS and CRM.
- The role is required to be based in Houston, Texas.
- Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
This role is a 40hr a week role paying between $37 to $45hr, based on experience, plus recruiting and sales commission.
