- Strategic Leadership: Set the direction and priorities for ASU’s global conservation and sustainability initiatives, ensuring alignment with ASU’s overall mission.
- Partnership Development: Cultivate global partnerships with NGOs, governments, and corporations to enhance ASU’s sustainability efforts.
- Program Development: Curate and create conservation-focused educational programs, including online courses and immersive in-person workshops, to engage learners globally.
- Dynamic Team Leadership: Inspire and lead a dedicated team to execute high-impact projects that drive measurable global outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Represent ASU at high-level stakeholder events, conferences, and global meetings to foster collaboration and expand ASU’s conservation influence.

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred).
- Proven leadership experience in global conservation and sustainability, including managing international partnerships.
- Strong expertise in educational program design and development, with a focus on online and in-person experiences.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively for global partnership development and event participation.
- Exceptional communication and networking skills, with experience representing organizations at high-profile events.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Activities are performed in an environmentally controlled office setting subject to extended periods of sitting, keyboarding and manipulating a computer mouse; required to stand for varying lengths of time and walk moderate distances to perform work.
- Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, pushing and pulling up to 25 pounds.
- Regular activities require ability to quickly change priorities, which may include and/or are subject to resolution of conflicts.
- May be required to perform tasks in the field within and/or across University campuses.
