A digital first insurance start up is seeking a Technical Product Manager in Chicago. This full time role is hybrid in downtown Chicago - 4 days a week onsite with 1 day remote.

Required Skills & Experience
- Exceptional analytics and problem-solving skills, the ability to structure ambiguous problems and the initiative to work cross-functionally to solve them.
- Prior experience with (or willingness to learn) SQL for data analysis.
- Ability to communicate complex concepts verbally and in writing to a variety of audiences, including senior leadership.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile best practices.
- Experience in insurance or fintech experience is a plus!
- 3-5 year of experience in Product Management
Daily Responsibilities
- 20% Stakeholder Interactions
- 60% Product Ownership
- 20% Team Collaboration
- Responsible for developing the technology roadmap based on company objectives, creating technical specs, and driving implementation.
- Objectives include launching new insurance programs, updating existing insurance programs, optimizing the broker user experience, and developing platform enhancements to support rapid growth.
- Provide technical support for stakeholder teams: Underwriting, Distribution, Insurance Product and Operations.
