Required Skills and Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience: 4+ years of .NET development, with deep knowledge of C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with .NET 6+, along with front-end JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js, and extensive familiarity with deploying and managing applications on Azure.
- Skills: Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and adaptability in fast-moving environments.
- Architect, develop, and maintain high-performance .NET applications, with an emphasis on scalability, security, and reliability.
- Lead the implementation of front-end features and ensure smooth integration with back-end functionalities.
- Deploy, monitor, and optimize applications on Azure for performance and cost efficiency.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting continuous learning and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and maintain best practices within the team.
- Location: Plano, TX
- Work Model: Hybrid schedule-3 days on-site and 2 days remote.
- Base Salary: $115-130K
- Bonus: 10%
