Base Pay Range: $105,000/yr. - $175,000/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).

Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Manages strategy implementation to ensure user needs and business requirements are represented in features and functionality of system.
- Contributes to department strategy development that ensures user needs and business requirements are represented in features and functionality of system.
- Approves process flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively conceptualize and communicate high-level design strategies.
- Communicates with senior leadership to influence others to accept current practices and approaches.
- Leads complex system scope and project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the team.
- Manages performance of team through regular, timely feedback, and directs the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional products and engagement, motivation, and development of team.

Additional Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead a design team in delivering new web and digital experiences while partnering with content, research, analytics, web strategy, client marketing and development to support and advocate for modern best practices for end-to-end design and delivery, such as design research, journey mapping, personas, storyboards, concept designs, wireframes, prototyping and final production designs for our end user experiences.
- Create a culture of optimization through user behavior and performance analysis to identify opportunities to optimize performance of the site.
- Oversee all work produced by the team, and ensure that the end-to-end experience journey designs meet the needs of the end user and inform and align with client & business challenges/goals.
- Develop strong process and partnership with development and contribution teams to facilitate complete and timely handoffs.
- Possess a strong understanding of agile design & development processes.
- Manage resources effectively to take advantage of efficiency opportunities to maximize strategic innovation.
- Advocate to elevate design awareness and implementation of modern design best practices to enable the team to deliver the highest quality experiences.
- Lead team in collaborating closely with Brand and Digital & Customer Experience design teams to align with end to end experience processes and influence adoption of customer centric solutions and a culture of experimentation across the team.
- Stay ahead of UX trends and looking for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds.
- 7+ years of UX design and /or design management experience
- Strong and demonstrated background in: marketing experience design; consumer product design; mobile platform design in an agile delivery model
- Strong and demonstrated background in: Figma, Sketch, InVision, and Miro
- Strong team management and team building skills. Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring leads and individual contributors, as well as developing talent and upgrading craft skills
- Eager to be innovative and possess a strong 'test and learn' mentality
- Experience partnering closely with development teams to launch designs into market
