Advanced SQL skills, needed for writing complex, scalable queries to prepare data for reporting, advanced analytics, and insights needs - at Converse we use Snowflake.
Intermediate to advanced Python or R coding skills, needed for data preparation, transforming, modeling, and displaying large amounts of data.
Strong analytics and problem-solving skills; Grit, tenacity and creativity to work through complex analytics issues and questions.
Automation mindset; Identify opportunities to automate insights generation work and ability to partner with Technology teams to implement solutions where possible.

The team is looking for a Data Scientist or Data Analyst to assist with using data to make product listing decisions. They will help provide insight on product skews, quantities, etc.
This is a parental leave fill for an FTE worker.
