Position: Telemarketing Appointment Setter

Shifts Available: Morning and Late Afternoon

About the Role: Are you a great communicator with a knack for setting appointments? Join ENHANCE as an Appointment Setter! This is not a sales job; your primary responsibility will be to set appointments.

Please Note: This is an on-site position and not remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls.
  • Engage potential customers in conversations about Home Security and Energy Efficiency using a provided telemarketing script.
  • Schedule appointments for our Project Coordinators to meet with homeowners.
  • Reach out to current customers via phone and email regarding company sales.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of telemarketing experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical abilities.
