Inbound Inquiries: Handle client queries effectively, providing solutions and information.

Insurance Advice: Assist in designing insurance plans that suit each client's requirements.

Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to expand client coverage by offering additional insurance products.

Client Engagement: Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

Professional Development: Stay informed about industry trends and updates to provide expert assistance.


Requirements

Licensing Requirement: Willingness to obtain necessary insurance licensing within a specified timeframe.

Experience: While experience is beneficial, we welcome individuals with a passion for customer service and a drive to succeed.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role.
