One of Medix's best clients, a prominent healthcare system in Tennessee, is seeking an experienced Help Desk Technician to join their team. These individuals will be the first line of support as the implementation and deployments continue, and will help build out a 24/5 service desk team for the entire hospital to troubleshoot, help and resolve any technical issues that may arise.



Qualifications:



  • 2-4 years of experience with hardware, application and software support.

  • Jira and Service Now experience.

  • Ability to provide support through the ticketing system and in-person.

  • Healthcare experience is a plus.


Daily Responsibilities:



  • Ticket and in-person hardware and application support.

  • Working with/through a ticketing system to handle all issues that come in.

  • First line of support for all issues

  • Keep the support going 24/7 and work with others on the team to get issues and tickets resolved quickly and efficiently.



Compensation is based on years of experience and in relation to the job responsibilities listed, our compensation rate is $22/hr - $27/hr.
