Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with expertise in Salesforce to lead and facilitate our agile development teams working on Salesforce projects. In this role, you will ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions by guiding the team through the Scrum framework, removing obstacles, fostering collaboration, and ensuring continuous delivery. You will work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and integrations.

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate Scrum Events: Guide and facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Team Coaching: Support and mentor the development team, product owner, and organization in Agile principles and Scrum practices.
Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, helping to identify areas of process optimization and efficiency.
Collaboration and Communication: Act as the primary point of communication between the team, stakeholders, and leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment.
Sprint Metrics: Track and report on key Scrum metrics such as velocity, burn-down charts, and other performance indicators.
Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders and product owners to gather and clarify requirements related to Salesforce solutions.
Collaboration with Developers: Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, and consultants to ensure effective implementation and deployment of Salesforce-related features.

Qualifications Experience:
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, working in Agile environments.
Experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud) OR a good understanding of Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning, Visualforce).
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the ability to coach teams on Agile principles.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple competing tasks and deadlines.
Familiarity with Salesforce platform architecture, security, and customization options.
Proficiency with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms.

Certifications:
Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Scrum certification.
Salesforce-related certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator or Developer) are highly desirable.
