As a Management and Program Analyst, you will:

  • Serve as a subject matter expert in organizational, program, and project management, as well as strategic planning, ensuring compliance with federal reporting requirements while leveraging expertise in statistical principles and risk management to drive informed decision-making and improve performance.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to FHWA field and headquarters office in program evaluation methods, process, systems, and functional objectives.

  • Examine, analyze, and identify critical data for managing and directing programs that drive agency-wide change, utilizing data management tools (e.g., Excel, SharePoint, and PowerBI) and statistical methods to evaluate data collection and analysis techniques, improving program effectiveness and efficiency.
