As a Senior International Trade Compliance Analyst, you will perform the following duties:

  • Enforces U.S. trade laws through the conduct of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty (AD/CVD) proceedings; and by performing related analysis and research.
  • Identifies and selects respondents in AD/CVD proceedings; issues questionnaires, analyzes responses and prepares supplemental questionnaires.
  • Serves a leading role in the verification of sales data submitted by interested parties, and performing margin calculations using SAS software and/or subsidy rate calculations using Excel.
  • Provides leadership, training, advice, and assistance to junior analysts.
  • Briefs managers and senior decision makers on any issues in assigned AD/CVD cases.
  • Reviews and prepares briefing materials, papers, and other communication documents.
