Reporting to the Director of Strategy and M&A, the Strategy and M&A Manager will support the Enterprise Strategy and M&A team’s delivering of portfolio growth for sustainable shareholder value. This deliverable is achieved by modeling future scenarios, analyzing complex business intelligence, and effectively communicating recommended courses of action with senior leadership. The Strategy and M&A Manager will also support the management of the organization’s Enterprise Strategic Framework Governance.
Additionally, you will help drive team deliverables necessary to support successful strategic projects as determined by a diverse portfolio of stakeholders. Critical to success is showing the value of strong partnerships with mission-focused teams. You will bring collaborative energy and thought leadership around strategy development and execution.

Your Responsibilities will include:
Partnership and M&A activities
- Conduct due diligence on potential partnership, merger, and acquisition targets, including financial, operational, and market assessments to assess strategic fit and growth potential
- Regularly create detailed overviews of the beverage market, using syndicated data to identify attractive segments
- Work cross-functionally with Commercial SMEs to develop modeling assumptions
- Support strategy team and Partner’s team to manage prospective partners and align on transaction details
- Assist in the planning and execution of key strategic initiatives, providing analytical and operational support to the Enterprise Strategy and M&A team
- Develop detailed plans, timelines, and milestones to track progress and ensure timely delivery of projects
- Support the completion of the new enterprise strategic framework governance dashboard
- Collaborate across various functions (e.g., Finance, RGM, Human Resources) and KDP’s business units to drive alignment on key metrics, KPIs and targets
- Assist in tracking performance metrics and generating dashboard output, helping teams understand their progress against strategic goals
- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline data population
- Stay up to date with trends in data analytics, dashboard tools, and visualization techniques to help evolve the enterprise dashboard

Requirements
Successful candidates will demonstrate these qualifications:
- Minimum 5+ years combined experience in strategic planning and large-scale business and/or product transformation in a dynamic, global environment
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other graduate degree highly desired
- Highly developed expertise in strategy development, including project formulation, hypotheses development, financial and business modeling, strategic options identification, consensus building and implementation
- Strong analytical, project management and change management skills to provide solid business conclusions and recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize and communicate complex business, strategic and financial information in writing, orally and in executive-level presentations
