Responsible for Lendbuzz's vehicle remarketing processes with auction partners that support the overall corporate goals of maximizing proceeds, reducing inventory turn time, and residual value loss mitigation. This includes, but is not limited to, inventory and transportation oversight, inspection process oversight, and pre-sale prep and post-sale reporting. This role is fully remote. This role reports to our Director of Remarketing.

This role reports to our Director of Remarketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the invoicing process related to repossession and remarketing expenses
- Monitor sale proceeds to ensure payments are remitted on time and processed to the applicable loan
- Maintain oversight of sold vehicles and generate post sale letters on applicable accounts
- Review accounts and update statuses based on the lifecycle of the loan
- Foster and maintain relationships with key auction personnel regarding inventory and sales activity
- Partner with internal teams to reduce inventory life cycle
- One plus years' experience with auto collections
- Experience in an automotive dealership environment, wholesaler, or remarketing experience preferred
- Outstanding and confident oral and written communication skills
- Commitment to excellence
- Strong organizational skills
- Must possess strong time management and problem solving skills
