  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Quality Project Manager (M/F/D)

Tasks:

  • Project Lead responsible for addressing all findings from the recent audit
  • Coordinate and manage contractors working on document preparation and revisions
  • Develop and maintain a status dashboard for regular communication with the parent company and internal leadership
  • Schedule and facilitate weekly meetings to track progress and ensure timely delivery of CAPA items
  • Create and implement a management review procedure for company-wide quality metrics
  • Design and maintain dashboards for key quality areas: Deviation, CAPA, Change Control, Training, Document Tracking, and Quality Initiatives

Qualification:

  • Proven expertise in managing Quality CAPA plans within Pharma/Biotech Quality Management Systems (QMS)
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide junior teams and report to senior leadership
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, particularly in data visualization and analytics
  • Experienced in creating deviation dashboards and visualizing key quality metrics
  • Highly organized, analytical, and communicative with a strong ability to quickly assess situations
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven, with a focus on timely execution and continuous improvement
