Join our Data Provisioning team as an Associate IT Implementation Engineer! In this role, youll be at the forefront of technology, coordinating data services for small to medium-sized locations. Youll be involved in projects that require the ordering and installation of internet services. Your responsibilities will encompass: Coordinating the provisioning of broadband, and dedicated internet access among others. Collaborating with third-party vendors to ensure smooth installation of services for a large number of locations. You will be required
to analyze, research and make decisions based on findings.
The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, have strong organizational and coordination skills with an understanding of provisioning of data services, can work effectively with third-party partners, and a proactive approach to meeting branch needs.

Problem Solving: Problems and issues faced often need analysis to understand. Checks and make minor adjustments to work methods to solve problems that may not be immediately evident in existing work processes and systems. However, may have references or help from norms and/or standard procedures to solve these problems (e.g., operating manuals, ability to discuss in teams, or escalate issues to manager).
***Remote Role and this candidate will need to work/assist on acquiring circuits, maintenance support of circuits, working carriers (Data vendors). Establishing contract cost, monthly reoccurring cost.
Must haves:
Experience with implementation engineering
Background with working with vendors/carriers AT&T, Verizon, ect
Able to work with minimal to no supervison
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engineer and implement the following technologies: Broadband, Dedicated Internet Access, LTE services, Satellite Services
- Manage several projects simultaneously of various sizes and types.
- Be familiar with telecommunication billing terminology
- Consult with branch resources to define needs and requirements in accordance with established standards.
- Order and facilitate the installation of data services when applicable.
- Analyze location for upgrades of data services and order via vendor portals or process.
- Work with vendors to establish requirements needed based upon services to be installed.
- Order and coordinate the installation of required hardware needed in the building by the 3rd party vendors if applicable.
- Coordinate with networking engineers for upgrade of internet services
- Request and provide IP address, bind data and circuit information to activate network services.
- Communicate conduit, data, and fiber requirements to required parties.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation and tracking of work-order activities in defined enterprise tools. To include completion of all tasks (ServiceNow, SharePoint, Project).
- Participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-5 years experience with implementation engineering
- Ability to organize and prioritize work.
- Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
- Efficiently operate computers, tablets and mobile devices.
- 1-5 years Knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Visio, etc.).
- Knowledge of project/task management systems preferred. (ServiceNow, SharePoint, Project)
- 1-5 years experience with coordination of data technologies preferred.
- Familiar with basic internet hardware requirements needed for a network.
- Poise and maturity to interact at all levels of the organization as well as third-party contractors.
Remote role-8 am to 5 pm EST time, Monday through Friday
