  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Robert Half's client in Natick, MA is seeking a temporary Senior Data Entry Specialist to support their office on a long-term temporary basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Data entry

- Strong technical skills

- Email correspondence

- Document management

- Internal communication

*Experience with Surety Bonds is a plus!

Where: Natick, MA (ON-SITE)

Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Duration: 5-6 months with potential to extend

When: Asap!

Pay: $21+ (depending on experience)

Proficient in Accounting Software Systems
Experience with ADP - Financial Services
Familiarity with CRM systems
Proficiency in Epic Software
Knowledge of ERP Solutions
Experience with About Time software
Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls
Experienced in Billing Functions
Proficiency in Check Processing
Experience with Claim Administration
Knowledge of Surety practices and procedures
