We are in search of a diligent FP& A Analyst to join our team in Dallas, Texas. The selected candidate will play a key role in carrying out financial data analysis and reporting, developing and maintaining financial models, and streamlining financial processes. The FP& A Analyst will also be entrusted with the task of preparing forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain financial models for decision support

Analyze financial data and create reports on financial performance and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Prepare and maintain deal pipeline for cash projection and capital planning

Prepare forecasts, budgets, and perform variance analysis

Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to track key financial and operational metrics

Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts

Develop comprehensive procedures related to data collection and cost allocation, and establish standardized templates and formats for cost analysis reports

Integrate various data sources into Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and consistency for analysis

Automate data collection and reporting processes for more efficient and real-time analysis

Proactively identify opportunities for system enhancements and improvements by implementing new technologies and streamline financial processes.

Hold a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a FP& A role

Possess strong skills in Capital Management

Demonstrated proficiency in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A)

Have experience in Budgeting and Forecasting

Capable of performing Cash Forecasting tasks

Proficient in Financial Modeling

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well in a team and independently

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred

Advanced proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work output

Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving environment

Proactive attitude with a focus on process improvements.
