  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description: On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead the construction of hyperscale data centers across various locations in the United States. This role is essential in ensuring that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of the project from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Lead project teams and ensure effective communication among all stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, making necessary adjustments.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Travel extensively to various project sites across the US.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in large-scale construction projects, preferably in data center construction.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, construction processes, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • PMP certification and a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
