  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary

Insight Global is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Printer Technician to join one of our top healthcare provider's IT team in Katy,TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing a variety of printing equipment across the facility. This would include assisting with printer configurations, paper jams, toner replacements, paper loading, network installations, etc. This person will be working through the ServiceNow ticketing system to provide phone, email, and in person printer hardware support as needed to ensure all departments have reliable access to printing services while also helping the team in limited desktop support assistance.

Must Have

  • 3+ Years of experience as a Printer Technician
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot printer issues, and perform configuration/maintenance in all department multi-functional printers
  • Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and self motivation

Plusses

  • Technical Certification - Ex. CompTIA A+ Certification, Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE), HP Printer Technician Certification, Lexmark Printer Technician Certification, Epson Printer Technician Certification, Brother Printer Technician Certification, Ricoh Printer Technician Certification, Xerox Printer Technician Certification
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment
  • Experience working for Printer companies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
