Summary: Seeking a Technical Writer I to develop and maintain technical documentation for defense acquisition and electronic systems.
Job Requirements:
Public Trust
Understanding of industry practices and standards in technical writing
Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience, or master's degree
MBI Clearance (IRS MBI Preferred)
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with engineering drawings and technical information
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain operations documentation, user guides, manuals, and technical publications
Write technical copy for various documents based on basic grammar concepts
Prepare reports, responses, and briefings for a wide range of audiences
Research technical subject matter from multiple sources to create comprehensible written content
Apply concepts from engineering drawings and consultations with engineers to produce documentation
Produce defense acquisition documentation, user manuals, training manuals, etc.
Interpret engineering drawings and operational procedures to compile computer-related information
Pay: 30-40

Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
