Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure continuous operation
  • Diagnose and repair issues in mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and electronic systems
  • Maintain and repair conveyor systems, ensuring efficient product flow and minimal downtime
  • Inspect and test machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns
  • Conduct routine maintenance, including adjustments, lubrication, and cleaning of machines
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize machine performance
  • Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment
  • Expertise in pneumatic, electrical, and electronic controls
  • Familiarity with conveyors and automated material handling systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Knowledge of preventative maintenance techniques and procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
