Immediate need for an AP/AR Clerk familiar with QuickBooks to work for an established Raleigh Management, Investment, and Development company!

What We Want:

As the AP/AR Clerk, you have 5 years of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable experience and possess a bachelor s degree or equivalent experience. You should have strong experience with QuickBooks, preferably QuickBooks Online. As the AP/AR Clerk, you must have excellent communication skills, a high degree of accuracy, be detail-oriented and enjoy working in a team environment. You will have solid Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge.

What You ll Do:

As the AP/AR Clerk, you will be responsible processing a high volume of accounts payable invoices. You will code/batch invoices, match invoices to POs and assist with check runs. The AP/AR Clerk will create all company invoices for accounts receivable. You will resolve any issues with vendors and investigate any client invoice issues. You must be well-versed with QuickBooks.
