Job Title: Senior Marketing Specialist
Department: Marketing
Reports To: Marketing Manager

Job Purpose:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to drive our digital marketing initiatives and enhance our brand presence across various platforms. This role requires strategic thinking, creativity, and the ability to oversee and guide junior marketing team members. The ideal candidate will excel in digital marketing, brand communication, and project management.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Digital Marketing Management: Oversee and update our digital channels, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Email Marketing, YouTube, and our website to ensure consistent brand communication.
  • Influencer Relations: Manage and expand our influencer partnerships. Currently, we are in the contract phase with a new influencer and need someone to take this forward.
  • Creative Solutions: Develop and implement creative marketing and communication strategies tailored to market needs. This includes ideation for campaigns and creating assets such as blog posts, communication materials, and visual content.
  • Customer Solutions: Develop and communicate solutions to enhance customer experience, such as improving our BIM Library and Product Application Page.
  • Marketing Strategy Proposals: Propose and explore innovative marketing strategies. Recently, you worked on integrating Sample Orders into our Digital Marketing efforts.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research with Architects & Designers (A&Ds), Builders, and our client base to gather insights and provide recommendations to the marketing team.
  • Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between Distribution Sales Consultants (DSCs) and the Marketing team, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Print and Brand Assets: Create print materials such as banners and other brand assets.
  • Supervision: Lead and mentor specialist marketing staff, providing guidance and oversight to ensure successful project execution and professional development.

  • Market Insight: Deep understanding of market trends and the industry landscape.
  • Organization: Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and rendering skills.
  • Design Knowledge: Interest in Interior Design and current design trends.
  • Copywriting: Proficient in creating compelling copy for various marketing materials.

Additional Information:

  • Project Management: To enhance organizational efficiency, we are investing in project management tools and providing training. Experience with project management software will be advantageous.
