Homeyer Consulting is looking for a Field Support Specialist. This individuals will work out of the Tewksbury, MA office. Local travel may sometimes be required. These individuals will be assisting the Field Consultants (who are primarily traveling) with office work and report writing.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist field consultants with collecting client information; generating proposals; receive and track Purchase orders or proposal approvals; communicate openly with field consultants; scheduling; assist with report writing (technical); generate graphs and charts; finalize documents for client-review; organize meeting materials; data entry; ability to work with templates; assist with bid responses and special projects as needed.

Education/Experience Requirements:
Entry-level position
Degree in scientific discipline preferred (degree in chemistry or chemical-engineering is a plus)
Skill Requirements:
Must have an aptitude for learning
Excellent spoken and written use of the English language
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe / Nuance PDF
Ability to think critically and make decisions
Ability to reshuffle priorities and stay on schedule
Ability to work independently and also in groups
Excellent communication skills
Desire to grow with a company and expand in role and responsibilities
