Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical systems and field service operations, with the ability to fabricate components and utilize precision measuring instruments. This role requires a hands-on approach to troubleshooting, maintaining equipment, and ensuring optimal performance across various systems.

Responsibilities

  • Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and electronic systems and related equipment.
  • Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters and Voltmeters for testing electrical components.
  • Fabricate parts and components as needed to ensure system functionality.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment.
  • Document all service activities in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex issues in a laboratory environment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in electrical/electronic systems and field service operations.
  • Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments for accurate assessments.
  • Familiarity with CMMS for tracking maintenance activities.
  • Strong fabrication skills, including experience with soldering techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
  • A valid driver's license may be required for travel to job sites.
