Position: Project Manager
Compensation: $75K - $110K
Commission / Performance Bonus: 20%+
Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and completion of commercial fence projects, ensuring they meet quality, time, and budget requirements.
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, from pre-construction through construction to project close-out.
- Partner internally to oversee coordination of RFIs, drawings, and submittals.
- Establish detailed project schedules, assess material needs, and maintain project organization.
- Direct collaboration with internal teams, external vendors, Project Coordinators, and Superintendents to secure resources and ensure projects are delivered as planned.
- Conduct job walks, master the specifics of commercial fence, understand our products and offerings and drive the implementation of efficient and scalable processes.
- Monitor project progress, handle change orders, and proactively address potential risks.
- Contribute to the recruitment and development of the Bay Area team, reinforcing Crusader s culture and values.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of project management experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with high emotional intelligence.
- Bachelor s Degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred. (or relevant additional experience in place of a degree)
- Expertise in project planning, budgeting, and management.
- Experience with subcontracting and specialty construction trades is highly desirable.
