We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Operational Excellence Manager to spearhead continuous improvement initiatives across our organization. This pivotal role is designed to enhance process efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize performance, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.

DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

Facilitate and lead process improvement projects utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to boost plant operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Identify and prioritize cost-saving and efficiency improvement projects, executing them to achieve tangible results.

Lead the Plant A3 master planning process, ensuring it aligns with corporate goals across all departments.

Serve as the primary contact for plant continuous improvement initiatives, collaborating with the corporate CI team to meet and exceed corporate requirements.

Design and implement training programs to instill a culture of continuous improvement across all staff levels.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the impact of operational excellence initiatives, adjusting strategies as necessary.

Oversee the plant capital project tracking process, coordinating with the corporate engineering team to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Document and update processes and procedures to align with best practices, regulatory requirements, and company policies.

Research and implement new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and maintain competitive benchmarks.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies related to production, safety, and environmental regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

v Bachelor s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred.

v Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) is preferred.

v A minimum of 5 years of experience in operational excellence or continuous improvement roles.

v Experience in food or beverage manufacturing is preferred.

v Proven track record of leading successful process improvement initiatives.

v Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

v Excellent project management and organizational abilities.

v Effective communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.

v Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies.

v Proficiency in MS Office tools, ERP systems, and equipment-related software.
