Bonelli Systems is seeking a full-time, Sales Representative - Managed IT Services in Dallas, TX, to join our fast-growing, energetic team. This role is ideal for an ambitious sales professional eager to drive company growth through strategic sales tactics, relationship-building, and proactive client engagement. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our managed IT, cybersecurity, and business automation solutions to businesses in Dallas and beyond.
As a Sales Representative, you ll engage with both incoming leads and prospective clients through cold outreach, identifying new business opportunities. You ll play a critical role in expanding Bonelli Systems reach, collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure our clients receive world-class IT solutions and support.
Responsibilities
- Engage and Convert: Follow up on incoming leads with urgency, strategically identifying and converting high-potential prospects.
- Hunt for New Business: Proactively reach out to prospective SMB clients through cold calls, leveraging industry knowledge to understand client needs and communicate the value of our services.
- Present and Sell: Present company products and services effectively to both new and existing customers, creating compelling sales materials to support presentations.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture client relationships, offering tailored IT solutions and insights that align with their business goals.
- Drive Sales Growth: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, maintaining a high level of productivity and persistence.
- Resolve Inquiries and Complaints: Address customer questions and concerns with a focus on delivering effective solutions and building trust.
- Customer Follow-Up: Set follow-up appointments to keep customers informed of the latest developments in our service offerings.
Qualifications
- Sales Expertise: Proven experience in sales, ideally within IT solutions or managed services.
- Customer Service Skills: Ability to build rapport, resolve inquiries, and address client needs effectively.
- CRM Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly High Level, and experience managing client information and sales pipelines.
- Self-Starter: Highly motivated and able to work independently, with a proactive approach to finding and nurturing new business.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept at persuasive, consultative sales techniques.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Kaseya, Microsoft 365, Teams, and Azure is a strong advantage.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of SMB needs, IT infrastructure, and cybersecurity challenges.
- Deadline and Detail-Oriented: Able to meet sales targets within specified time frames.
Compensation
- Base Pay: $1,000 per month.
- Commission: Earn 150% of the first month s sale value, paid over the first three months of each contract.
- Unlimited Earning Potential: No cap on commissions your earnings are only limited by your ambition and results.
