  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:
Candidate will be managing a critical NYRA application along with a migration to Azure project
Experience with Web based multitenant SAAS application which runs on 64-bit Windows architecture on IIS web server.
This system uses dotnet Framework 4.6.1and is programmed in visual basic 14 as the primary language and JavaScript (JQuery, Ajax) as the secondary language.
The architectural design pattern for this system is ASP.NET MVC with components Bootstrap 4.0 and third party controls DevExpress version19.2.
The following NuGet packages are also used in creation of this software package Renci.SshNet Version 2020.0.2 (Used for SFTP), Newtonsoft.Json Version 5.0.6 (Used for handling JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) data serialization and deserialization), WebGrease Version 1.5.2 (bundling of CSS and JavaScript files).
The backend for this system is Microsoft Sql Server 2016 and uses SSIS for the ETL process.
The current DB size is 834 GB with expected future growth for the next 2 years of 1.5 Terabyte for the NYRA tenant and 300 Gig for each tenant we onboard for the initial year.
Overview of services

  • Manage overall environment Security.
  • Provide VM patching and keep up to date with the latest threats.
  • Instances Asset Management
  • Launch VM instance(s) or SQL instance(s) as per requirement.
  • Assign a security group for the instance(s)
  • Instances Patch and OS update
  • Create/edit a security group and specify inbound rules.
  • Create/edit route table, associate with subnet.
  • Optimize the workloads for performance and cost.
  • Monitor and manage cluster, if any
  • Versioning and Cross-Region-Replication management as per requirement
  • Block Volume Management
  • Daily backup or Snapshot Management
  • Providing operational support services for equipment and networks
  • Perform Adds and Changes to the Environment
Governance:
  • Cost management (if applicable)
  • Security baselining
  • Alerting and Monitoring on network, security and backup events
Dashboard, Analytics & Reporting:
  • Daily reporting Service Provider will provide notification of High-level Incidents and / or systems or equipment failures, Security breaches, or any emergency within the time frame specified in the Service Levels.
  • Weekly Operations Review - Service Provider will provide a weekly view of the operational performance reports and KPIs to the client.
  • Monthly Service Review Service Provider will provide a monthly view of the service reports to the client.
