POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Zoho Developer & Configurator that will serve as the primary point of contact for Architecture, Development & Configuration of our many Zoho instances supporting our many customers. This exceptional individual will coordinate and collaborate with cross functional teams to assure success & smooth operations of CRM, Creator, Teams, Kiosk, Zoho API, to a name a few critical systems. The role will participate in the development of novel software & digital assets, via SDLC & Agile/Scrum with the entire department of Product, Engineering, Architecture, Compliance, Quality & Configuration.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have expertise in the following concepts & technologies:

  • Design, develop, & maintain Zoho applications to support business processes and objectives, including automating and streamlining business operations.
  • Day-to-day administration & support to analyze, troubleshoot, and develop operational functions in Zoho.
  • Resolve critical enhancements, performance and downtime issues impacting Zoho applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Zoho features and updates, ensuring that the company takes full advantage of the platform's capabilities.
  • Support business growth with technology and strategy improvements in conjunction with company goals.
  • Optimize workflows, ensuring adherence to defined company KPIs.

KNOWLEDGE BASE:

A mastery of documentation skills is a primary requirement for every role in the Application Development Department:

  • Comment on tickets & progress.
  • Documenting APIs developed.
  • Documenting integrations.
  • Documenting features built.

RESPONSIBILITIES & SKILL SET

Architecture:

  • Play a pivotal role in automating and streamlining our business operations through Zoho's capabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Zoho features and updates, ensuring that the company takes full advantage of the platform's capabilities.

Maintenance:

  • Provide day-to-day administration and support to analyze, troubleshoot, and develop operational functions in Zoho applications including automations, Five9 and RingCentral integrations and user training.
  • Establish a working relationship with internal and external business partners to resolve critical enhancements, performance and downtime issues impacting Zoho applications.

Agile/Scrum:

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Working with software developers & software engineers for launches & ensuring that development & launches follows established processes & works as intended.
  • Planning & being involved in project management

Development:

  • Strong problem solving skills, analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with various departments to design, develop, and maintain Zoho applications to support our business processes and objectives.
  • Support business growth with technology and strategy improvements in conjunction with company goals.
  • Optimize workflows, ensuring adherence to defined company KPIs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Formal/OTJ training or certification on software engineering concepts & applied experience.
    • 3+ years of professional software development exposure to web applications, including team collaboration & code repository (GitHub).
    • 1+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, unit & integration testing, & operations experience.
    • 3+ years Zoho development and administration.
    • 2+ years of active engagement in an Agile/Scrum team.
  • Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.
  • Proven work experience in Knowledge of web technologies, APIs, DB s - PL/SQL and scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Deluge).
  • Strong knowledge of Zoho's suite of products, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Flow, Zoho Forms, Zoho Creator, and others.
  • Contact Center experience is a plus.
  • Zoho certifications are a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity & location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials & experience of the candidate; & other conditions of employment.
