Work you'll do

• The DevSecOps Application Security Specialist will provide expertise to support and enhance the security tools integrated into the CI/CD pipeline for a Government agency as part of an IT Modernization program.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
• 2+ years experience as a Software Developer with a focus on security architecture
• 2+ years experience assessing vulnerabilities within Nessus
• 2+ years experience working with access controls such as SAML, OAUTH2 and OpenID Connect
• 2+ years working with container security and familiarity with NIST 800-190 container security guidelines

Preferred:

• Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
• Prisma Cloud experience
• Experience in mobile and endpoint security
• Certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP)

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $107659 to $151100.
