Job Description

Fortified Risk Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time, hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work from home with regular in-office requirements. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-tier administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Manage the day-to-day office operations, including restocking office supplies, food, and beverages, and ensuring a clean, organized workspace by managing the cleaning schedule and processes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for office maintenance, coordinating with vendors and ensuring the office is operating smoothly.
  • Screen phone calls, respond to general inquiries, and handle confidential matters with professionalism and integrity.
  • Assist with Human Resources tasks such as onboarding and offboarding employees, maintaining employee files, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
  • Support the Human Resources department with employee file management and record maintenance, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Provide world-class service in all client and vendor interactions, ensuring the highest level of professionalism.
  • Support project coordination and ensure smooth execution of office management processes.
  • Develop engaging presentations and employee/client materials using a variety of multimedia platforms to effectively communicate key information

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience in office management, administrative support, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and related applications
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and anticipate the needs of executives without direct supervision.
  • Flexibility to work both remotely and in the office as needed.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate starting at $21.00.
