  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with a passion for marketing and a keen eye for detail. This position will assist in the execution of various marketing activities, including campaign support, content creation, social media management, and market research. If you're a creative thinker with a strong desire to learn and contribute to a fast-paced marketing team, we want to hear from you.



Key Responsibilities


  • Campaign Support: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (email, digital, print, social media, etc.).


  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to assist in the development of marketing strategies.


  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, organizing events, and preparing reports.


  • Data Entry and Reporting: Maintain and update marketing databases, track campaign performance, and generate reports as needed.


  • Event Support: Assist in the planning and execution of events, including trade shows, webinars, and promotional events.


  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and design to ensure consistency in marketing efforts.



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and social media platforms.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

  • Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
