Your strategic insights and experience in startup environments-especially those in hyper-growth phases-will be essential to help optimize and streamline processes, allowing the company to expand services without increasing operational overhead.

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Product Management
- Must haves:
- Strong history of driving B2B products from early stages through high-growth phases, ideally in startup environments.
- Proven experience in scaling and refining internal operational processes
- Exceptional communication skills, able to translate complex ideas and collaborate with teams across the organization.
- Strong problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments, utilizing data, research, and a customer-centric approach to drive decisions.
- Demonstrated leadership in fast-paced settings, inspiring teams to achieve shared goals in rapidly evolving circumstances.
- Experience at early-stage (Seed to Series B) startups with hands-on involvement in finding product-market fit and supporting aggressive growth targets.
- Identify and tackle challenges within internal operations, creating solutions that boost customer experience and drive productivity at scale.
- Oversee the entire product development lifecycle-from concept through launch-by defining specifications, conducting research, prototyping, and leading usability testing, ensuring products are delivered on time and to high standards.
- Strategically assess build-vs-buy options, making critical decisions to support operational scale and enhance efficiency, backed by thorough data and analysis.
- Develop and maintain a highly prioritized product roadmap that aligns with company growth, outlining key milestones and features across multiple teams and projects.
- Break down large objectives into actionable tasks, maximizing impact with minimal effort to support a hyper-growth trajectory.
- Balance research, testing, and rapid action to address immediate internal or customer pain points effectively.
- Define and monitor clear performance metrics to assess operational and customer impact, leveraging insights to continuously improve the product.
